Website Errors
We reserve the right to decline or rescind any order and refund your payment.
All prices and offers are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted.
Customers outside the U.K. are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colours and prices are correct. However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we endeavor to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, before dispatch. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition, with a copy of your invoice & note. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, we cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returns. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the goods back. All our items come with 12 months manufacturers. warrantee. If any defect is found within this period, we will return the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at their discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All orders are processed as soon as possible. Orders up to 500g are charged at £3.49, anything over 500g and our express service is a fixed £5.95 for all products upto 1.25m Items longer than 1.25m will have a shipping surcharge of £5. Please call us to confirm the item is in stock before selecting express next day delivery. We endeavour to get all orders out the day the order is received, but to give us more of a chance orders for requested on a next day service should be received before 1400.
We are charged extra for each additional delivery attempt.
At present the website only takes orders for delivery within the UK. For all other delivery options please contact us via our quick email form or phone.
We carry huge stocks, if any items are out of stock we will notify you by email of the expected delay and give you an alternative or of course refund you.

Credit Card Security
We use Sagepay to process credit card payments (www.sage.com). Sagepay is a global company offering online credit card processing on their secure servers. Your card details are safe, Worldpay do not pass your card detail to us. Sagepay checks the address to which we will deliver against the address your credit card company holds for you, we may decline your order if the addresses do not match.
Your Right to Cancel
All products sold on this site are subject to the distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order, you can cancel your order at anytime after placing the order and up to 7 days after receiving the goods. (The 7 working day cancellation period starts the "day after" the day that the goods are received.)
